Casual Atrium Assistant – Ref: 17/397
£9.27 per hour
(incl holiday pay/preparation).
Please note that this is not a permanent position. The hours are on an as and when basis.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic catering assistant to support the development and growth of our catering/conferencing and hospitality services, based within our leisure facilities at the University Centre Grimsby.
The ideal candidate will have catering experience within a busy café/restaurant or hotel.
The pre-requisites are that you can ensure a comprehensive and professional food and beverage operation preparing fresh food and the selling of hot and cold beverages.
Ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.
The post will support the Head Chef/Atrium Manager in being able to effectively deliver a quality product, to pre plan and support a variety of events and catering requirements for customers.
The post holder must have knowledge in Food Hygiene and COSHH – although training will be provided.
The role will ideally suit someone who also enjoys interacting with customers Front of House.
