Casual Distance Learning Script Marker - 17/098
£11.52 per hour includes £1.63 per hour holiday pay
Please note that this is not a permanent position. The hours are on an as and when basis.

The Distance Learning Unit continues to support an increasing number of adult learners wishing to achieve nationally accredited qualifications across a range of programmes.
We are looking to appoint 2 qualified assessors/scriptmarkers for our Level 2 Awareness of Mental Health Problems and Level 2 Understanding Children and Young People’s Mental Health
If you have a teaching and/or assessment qualification and a minimum level 3 professional qualification in Mental Health as well as experience of working with people with mental health problems and are able to commit to approximately 15 hours marking a week you may be interested in this role.
Working from home, you will be allocated learners’ assessments to assess against specified learning outcomes for the above Level 2 Mental Health courses. You are required to provide detailed and developmental feedback within agreed timescales to keep learners engaged and motivated to succeed.
Please note that due to a local quality assurance agreement you must not be working in another capacity for more than 22 hours to be available for marking up to 15 hrs in this role.
