The job role is for an HE Programme Leader for Counselling to provide leadership of this significant and popular programme. We are looking for some-one to join the team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate would ideally have or be working towards a Masters in this field and be a practicing Counsellor. BACP accreditation would be advantageous. There is an expectation that the candidate will either hold, be willing or already working towards completion of a teaching qualification. The candidate must also be able to demonstrate excellent team working skills and demonstrate their ability to meet strict deadlines.

Applicants must have worked within the sector and ideally taught in relevant subjects possibly within FE or HE. Candidates will need to demonstrate their commitment to continuing professional development, research and scholarly activity as a fundamental part of their role.
