The role of the skills and employability trainer will be to ensure a sufficient range of work experience placements are available for opportunities for students and promote progression onto an appropriate qualification, further training or employment, supporting both students and employers to engage in valuable work placed learning to support the development of their employability skills.

The role requires the individual to plan, promote and deliver employer experience and activities for all learners across curriculum areas. Candidates will collaborate and develop meaningful relationships with businesses to develop suitable taster activities. 

This position is based within the Health and Wellbeing Faculty which includes Sport, Uniformed Public Services, Health and Social Care and Childcare.
