This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the most successful Arts Schools in the UK, in an Outstanding College. This maternity cover post is a job share opportunity to work alongside another Skills and Employability Co-ordinator to lead our team of Skills and Employability Trainers.
The successful candidate will be well connected in the region's creative cultural landscape and adept at securing placement opportunities and partnerships with employers to enrich our learners study programmes, liaising closely with Curriculum Managers to create exciting work experiences for learners.
The post holder will also lead on our national competition engagement. The successful candidate will hold strong organisational skills and an ability to inspire learners to best prepare for their career goals.
