The TEC Partnership is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation. We are officially an “outstanding” educational provider.

We are looking to recruit a passionate, hardworking and motivated individual to join our management team in a Senior Early Years Practitioner role. Previous experience of being in a supervisory role is not essential but desirable. You will be responsible for a team of staff between our baby units carrying out duties such as, 1:1 meeting, holding room meetings, collating the data for trackers for children’s learning and development.

You must be an enthusiastic Practitioner who will join our very busy, well established nursery. We envisage this position to be with the baby age (0-2 years) ranges initially however, we provide opportunities to work across all age ranges as part of your own personal development.

We provide a range of training opportunities both internally and externally for your continued professional development enabling staff to be upskilled whilst working.

This is a full time fixed term contract until August 2020 which could potentially lead to a full time position.
