Programme Leader - Motor Vehicle

Position:  Motor Vehicle Programme Leader/ Work-Based Programme Leader

Reports to: Head of Area

 

Based in beautiful Scarborough on the North Yorkshire Coast, Scarborough TEC is a small friendly College, which is part of the TEC Partnership, a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation, providing a wide range of educational opportunities to learners in Scarborough and the surrounding area. We are officially the only outstanding provider of Further Education in Scarborough.

 

If you are currently an experienced Motor Vehicle Programme Leader, or an Industry Motor Vehicle Technician looking for a fresh challenge, and are passionate about supporting young people achieve their Career Aspirations within the Motor industry, Scarborough TEC has the career for you

 

In this role, you will lead the Motor Vehicle Programme, providing Level 3 and Apprentice students with a dynamic Study Programme that will set them up ready for the world of work. You get the opportunity to watch the learners develop throughout their course as you will also be responsible for all elements including, Tutorials and High Grades.

 

The Key responsibilities of this role are, creating Schemes of Work and delivering great Teaching and Learning to ensure that our Learners are provided with a positive experience. We are also looking for someone with the ability to go out and assess our Apprentices in the workplace.
