Position: Tele Sales and Quality Administrator

Reports to: Head of Area (Quality and Business Development)

Based in beautiful Scarborough on the North Yorkshire Coast, Scarborough TEC is a small friendly college, which is part of the TEC Partnership a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation, providing a wide range of educational opportunities to learners in Scarborough and the surrounding area. We are officially the only outstanding provider of Further Education in Scarborough.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, commercially minded individual, for an exciting new customer facing role which will see you working across two really key areas of the College, Quality and Business Development. In this position at Scarborough TEC you will give you the opportunity to develop a wide skill set across sales and administration, driving the College forward through Quality and developing business links within the local area. 

This opportunity you will have the responsibility of supporting the administration of Quality, through reporting and systems to ensure that we are audit ready. You will also liaise with our internal and external stakeholders to deal with complaints and compliments, tracking them and ensuring they are responded to in a timely manner.

This role also provides the opportunity for you to support in generating new business, through building a customer list, cold calling to introduce Scarborough TEC and the services it can offer to Scarborough and the surrounding area, assisting the Account Manager with lead generation.

This role will offer the right candidate a new challenge and the opportunity to be part of developing these key departments in the College and generate growth for the future.
