A great opportunity to be part of the Learner Advice team based within Learner Services at the Grimsby Institute.  This vacancy offers an exciting and rewarding role in supporting learners of all ages and backgrounds to progress in their education.  The role involves working in a team that covers many aspects of customer services such as reception and switchboard, financial support and admissions services.  You would be required to travel to different sites and events. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required.
